In this painting, I truly tried to “trust” — focus on a positive force and not only channel my difficult emotions. I did this as a manifestation, because I had zero trust. I was living out of fear, consumed by anxiety and heartbreak, and I started wondering how anyone made anything happened? Success and trust in the present/the future seemed insurmountable. I thought, what would trusting look like? Which shapes and which colors? What does the movement look like. The result was a 10 ft piece, with a lot of softness and pastels.
